Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using industry-standard software.
– Oversee cost control, budgeting, and forecasting for ongoing projects.
– Track project performance against KPIs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
– Identify and mitigate potential risks in project schedules and budgets.
– Prepare and present progress reports to project managers and clients.
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience (5+ years) in project control within the construction or engineering sector.
– Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) and project management tools.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
– Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
