Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute commercial strategies to optimize profitability and enhance client satisfaction.
– Lead contract negotiations, manage bids, and monitor contract compliance throughout project lifecycles.
– Analyze market trends to inform competitive pricing and service delivery strategies.
– Collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership on budget forecasts, financial reporting, and risk assessment.
– Strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
– Oversee cost controls, project margins, and other financial aspects to ensure project viability.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, project management, p6 Primavera, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial management within the construction, engineering, or project planning sectors.
– Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful contract management.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
– Proficiency in commercial planning and financial forecasting software.
