We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts, drive digital transformation, and optimize project workflows through cutting-edge BIM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement BIM standards, guidelines, and workflows for all projects.
– Manage the integration of BIM models throughout project lifecycles to ensure consistency, quality, and collaboration across teams.
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align BIM processes with project requirements.
– Conduct regular model audits, clash detection, and quality control to ensure adherence to BIM standards.
– Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain P6 Planning’s competitive edge in BIM.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in BIM management, ideally within the construction or engineering industry.
– Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
– Strong understanding of 3D modeling, data management, and construction documentation.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Experience with multi-disciplinary team coordination and project management.
