As part of the WXT1A project, we successfully provided expert project management, planning, and control services to ensure seamless execution. Our scope included overseeing the construction of Data Halls (DCH 1 to 7), Electrical and Mechanical Yards (EYD & MYD), and an extensive utilities package featuring a substation and associated works to enhance power reliability. Through meticulous planning, cost control, and risk management, we ensured that all contractual obligations were met with precision. A detailed Primavera P6-generated Execution Schedule was developed to provide clear visibility and control across all project phases, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timely delivery.

To drive efficiency and maintain strict adherence to scope, time, and cost objectives, we utilised Earned Value Management (EVM) as the core project control methodology. This structured approach enabled effective planning, cost tracking, and performance measurement, ensuring clear visibility into project progress. Our expertise in applying EVM allowed us to successfully manage the project within the defined schedule and budget, delivering significant value to our client. With rigorous project governance and optimal resource allocation, the WXT1A project was completed on time, with all major milestones achieved as per the baseline schedule.
