We were the scheduler and programmer for the transportation management plans for the Olympic venues in London during the design stage, which was crucial to the efficient operation of these intricate projects. The project management team and team leaders worked closely with us to identify the procedures that were required to finish the design. In order to steer the project from inception to completion, this required defining specific task durations, identifying important milestones, and developing an organized timeline.
