Developed ‘as-built’ programs for comparison with baseline schedules, highlighting discrepancies and identifying delays along with their impact on construction and the overall project timeline. Prepared delay statements to support the delay analysis and determined which claimed events constituted relevant occurrences under the contract. Established the critical paths of the ‘as-built’ schedules, linking events that contributed to the extended completion date. Provided a comprehensive breakdown of the program for each logical link to be incorporated into the statement of the case. Collaborated with the Joint Venture (JV) to develop documentation for negotiating the settlement of extension of time, acceleration, and disruption claims, while advising on the JV’s contractual entitlements for time extensions. Participated in the preparation of the acceleration and mitigation program, including schedule impact analyses, and worked closely with the JV to devise programming strategies for claims documentation.
