2016 – Where It All Began
P6 Planning was founded by a team of experienced project managers and planners who recognised a gap in how construction delivery was being supported. From the beginning, our mission was clear: to bring structure, accuracy, and accountability to complex programmes through hands-on, expert project management services.
2018 – First Major Infrastructure Project
We delivered comprehensive programme scheduling and risk management for a large-scale, multi-phase public infrastructure build. This project demonstrated our ability to integrate seamlessly with delivery teams, solve challenges under pressure, and build trust through performance.
As demand for fast-paced data centre construction grew across Europe, we expanded our services beyond the UK. We supported multiple hyperscale projects, helping clients manage tight timelines, mitigate evolving risks, and coordinate across borders with clarity and control.
2020 – Expansion into the European Market

2022 – Growing Our Network of Experts
To meet rising demand, we scaled our consultant team — bringing together senior planners, PMO experts, and project controls professionals. This allowed us to support more Tier 1 contractors and developers across high-value, mission-critical programmes while maintaining our quality and responsiveness.
